Designed with a similar styling theme to match our Touring V-Logo Front Fender Rail P/N 91099-94A. Replaces the stock rear fender rail and rubber bumper on Touring models. Chrome-plated twin tubes are crowned with a hand-polished and chrome-plated cast V-Logo reminiscent of Harley-Davidson^®'s 1953 Golden Anniversary medallion.
